Measure
Acquisition runs as experiments a studio can audit, not a black box that only reports spend.
Product · Grow
Action Fleet builds autonomous growth infrastructure for game studios. Grow, our first product, runs paid and organic acquisition as measurable experiments, learns what drives incremental profit, scales the winners, and knows when to stop, all within limits set by the studio.
Paid acquisition is first. Organic is next, and we will not call it done until a studio can see it work.

Budget moves toward what adds incremental profit. Winners get more. The rest do not coast.
Every Mission has a limit the studio set. Grow knows when to shut a bet down.
A Mission is the objective: where growth should go, how hard to push, and the limit that stops it. A studio might say: grow US iOS installs profitably, cap spend at $10,000 a day, and stop below 0.9 ROAS.
A Sortie is one bounded run under that Mission. Test twenty creatives. Keep the ones that pay back. Shut the rest off. It is the unit Action Fleet bills. For this first year, a Sortie is the same thing as a growth experiment.
Founders, studio leads, and anyone who wants the notes. Bourke Floyd reads this.
