Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Action Fleet, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Action Fleet,” “we”). By using actionfleet.ai, joining the list, or creating an account, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect. If you do not agree, do not use the site or create an account.

If you are using the site for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms for it, and “you” includes that company.

actionfleet.ai is the public site for Action Fleet and its first product, Grow. Today the site has three parts: pages that describe what we are building, an email list, and an account you can create so we know who you are when Grow opens up.

Grow is not offered through this site yet. Creating an account does not start a Mission or a Sortie, does not spend money, and does not connect to any ad account or game. When Grow is available, it will come with its own agreement that covers pricing, budgets, and results. Nothing on this site is a promise about how Grow will perform.

• You can create an account with an email address and password, or with Google sign-in. Sign in with Apple appears on the form but is not turned on yet.
• Use an email address you control. We may send account notices to it.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account until you tell us it has been compromised.
• One account per person. Do not create accounts for other people or with a made-up identity.
• We can suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms, or that we believe was created by a bot or to abuse the site. We will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
• You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@actionfleet.ai from the account’s address.

Joining the list means we may email you about the topics you ticked. You can leave at any time by replying to a note or writing to support@actionfleet.ai. Only add addresses you own.

Do not:

• break into, probe, or overload the site, its API, or the accounts of others;
• scrape or bulk-collect content or personal information from the site;
• submit someone else’s email address to the list or use it to create an account;
• pretend to be Action Fleet, its staff, or another person;
• use the site to break the law or the rights of others;
• work around a limit or restriction we put in place.

If you find a security problem, email support@actionfleet.ai. We would rather hear about it from you than from anyone else.

The text, design, names, and code that make up the site belong to Action Fleet or its licensors. “Action Fleet,” “Grow,” “Mission,” and “Sortie” are used as names for our company and product. You may read, link to, and quote the site for ordinary purposes. Do not copy it wholesale or present it as your own.

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or notes about the product, we may use them without owing you anything and without naming you. We will not claim ownership of your game, your data, or your business.

Action Fleet is early, and this site will change. We provide the site, the list, and the account as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that anything on it is complete or up to date.

Some places do not allow limits on implied warranties. Where that is the case, the limit applies only as far as the law allows.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Action Fleet and its officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, that come from your use of the site, even if we were told they were possible.

Nothing on this site is sold, so our total liability to you for anything connected to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). This does not limit liability that the law says cannot be limited.

You can stop using the site at any time and ask us to delete your account and list entry. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we shut the site down. The sections on our content, the as-is notice, limits on liability, and governing law continue to apply after the agreement ends.

We will update these terms as the site and the product grow. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. If a change materially reduces your rights, we email account holders before it takes effect. Using the site after the new date means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be settled by talking to us goes to the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both of us agree to their jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
