Game terms

By using the game, you agree to these terms. If you are not old enough to accept an agreement where you live, a parent or guardian must review and accept it with you. Stop using the game if you do not agree.

The game privacy policy explains how we handle information. Your app store and device platform may have separate terms that also apply.

We give you permission to install and play the game for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment, subject to these terms and the applicable app-store rules. The game, characters, artwork, sounds and code belong to Actionfleet or its licensors. Your permission to play does not transfer ownership of them.

• Do not redistribute or sell the game or its assets without permission.
• Do not attack the game or its services, distribute malicious software, or use it to violate another person's rights.
• Do not bypass protections or reverse-engineer the game except where applicable law allows it.

The current game is free to play and has no in-app purchases. Coins are earned in play, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for money or transferred to another player.

Progress and settings are saved locally, with no game account or cloud-save service. Deleting the app, clearing data, or changing devices can remove your save. We cannot promise to recover local progress.

We may update the game, adjust its content, or end a version or service. We do not promise permanent availability of a particular feature. If a future version introduces purchases or materially different terms, we will explain the applicable terms before you use or purchase them.

You can send problems and suggestions to support@actionfleet.ai. We may use suggestions to improve the game without an obligation to pay for them. This does not transfer ownership of your unrelated work or personal information.

We aim to keep the game working well, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free play, compatibility with every device, or recovery of every save. To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided as available, without additional warranties beyond those required by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a consumer right, warranty, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit. Your mandatory local consumer protections continue to apply.

You can stop playing at any time. We will update the date on this page when these terms change and explain material changes before they take effect. If you disagree with the updated terms, stop using the game.
